The idea behind theliquidearth.org is to promote science communication amongst students by students. The site was developed by Dr Andrew J Davies of the School of Ocean Sciences at Bangor University in 2009, and is contributed to by student groups during their University career.

Our ethos is to practice science communication, by recognising target audience, the language /  concepts used and how to portray the impact / importance of science.
